Necessary documents for renewing a Commercial ID card for legal entities:
- The original Commercial ID card;
- A photo with a white background;
- Notice of inquiry from the Iranian National Tax Administration and the Social Security Organization;
- Copy of business line rental along with tracking code, notarized line rental, or copy of property document;
- Copy of economic code sheet or pre-registration of economic code;
- Completing the commitment form to comply with anti-money laundering laws and regulations.
Natural entities who have passed more than two years from the date of the last renewal of their card must prepare the following documents in addition to the above:
- Certificate of No Criminal Conviction (CNCC);
- Copy of all pages of birth certificate and national ID card back and forth;
- Copy of military discharge or exemption card;
- Copy of the last degree (the last degree must be at least a diploma).
Documents required to renew a business card for legal entities:
- Original business card;
- A photo of the CEO;
- Notice of inquiry from the Iranian National Tax Administration and the Social Security Organization;
- Copy of the business line rental in the name of the company along with the tracking code, the notarized line rental in the name of the company, or copy of the property document in the name of the company;
- Announcement of changes in the official gazette to insert changes in the business card in case of any changes in the company profile (company name, capital, shareholders, the board of directors, etc.);
- Company National Identity Card;
- Company economic code sheet;
- Completing the commitment form to comply with anti-money laundering laws and regulations.
Legal entities that have passed more than two years from the date of their last card renewal must prepare the following documents in addition to the above:
- Certificate of No Criminal Conviction (CNCC) of the CEO;
- Copy of all pages of birth certificate and national ID card of the CEO;
- Copy of military discharge or exemption card of the CEO;
- Copy of articles of association, company registration declaration, establishment announcement, and change announcement in the official gazette;
- Copy of the last degree of the CEO (the last degree must be at least a diploma).
According to Circular No. 99/100/13483 of the Trade Promotion Organization of Iran, dated 2020-7-21, the application for issuing a business card starts through the comprehensive business system at ntsw.ir in all browsers except Internet Explorer, and is done through the smart business card system.
