Necessary documents for renewing a business card for legal entities:

  1. The original business card;
  2.  A photo with a white background;
  3. Notice of inquiry from the Iranian National Tax Administration and the Social Security Organization;
  4. Copy of business line rental along with tracking code, notarized line rental, or copy of property document;
  5. Copy of economic code sheet or pre-registration of economic code;
  6. Completing the commitment form to comply with anti-money laundering laws and regulations.

Natural entities who have passed more than two years from the date of the last renewal of their card must prepare the following documents in addition to the above:

  4. Copy of the business line rental in the name of the company along with the tracking code, the notarized line rental in the name of the company, or copy of the property document in the name of the company;
  5. Announcement of changes in the official gazette to insert changes in the business card in case of any changes in the company profile (company name, capital, shareholders, the board of directors, etc.);
  6. Company National Identity Card;
  7. Company economic code sheet;
  8. Completing the commitment form to comply with anti-money laundering laws and regulations.

Legal entities that have passed more than two years from the date of their last card renewal must prepare the following documents in addition to the above:
